Dev is awesome, Stephanie is great, the maintenance guys are good at what they do. The only problem I have is the wooden floors. Please change them for anything else.

The price isn’t bad and having a roommate option is okay too.

|Recommended: YesDwell has great potential to rule the whole block — I like it. I'm next to everything from Phillips Arena to the Aquarium and more. It's minutes away frim everything. Dwell Saff is super awesome. I love the office staff. They help me any and everytime I come to the office. They should all get raises.

Although Dwell have its ups and downs, I seriously feel like they’re doing everything they can to make a turn around from “City Walk.”

This community is a good community to live in Atlanta, specially if you need a place near to GSU and downtown Atlanta.
